Pain de maquereaux

Ingrédients

  • 3 œufs
  • 3 cuillères à soupe de farine T80
  • 240g de maquereaux au naturel
  • 35g de concentré de tomates
  • 1-2 cuillères à soupe de moutarde
  • 200g de faisselle ou fromage blanc
  • 1 petit suisse
  • sel, poivre, persillade

Préparation

  • Préchauffer votre four à 190°C
  • Dans un saladier, émiettiez les maquereaux
  • Ajoutez ensuite, les œufs, le fromage blanc/faisselle, le petit suisse, mélangez bien
  • Ajoutez la farine, fouettez
  • Ajoutez la cencentré de tomates, la moutarde et assaisonnez à votre convenance
  • Versez le mélange dans un moule à cake et enfournez 40min
